Driven pile piles
Piles of pipes with a conical tip are convenient in difficult geological conditions when, due to the high density of the soil, there is no possibility of using reinforced concrete piles.
Hammered steel piles can be extended in depth by welding steel coils. This type of pile is easily and quickly clogged in almost any soil.
Hammered piles from pipes are made of alloyed, low alloyed and high-quality steel grades: 10, 20, 09Г2С, etc. Also, an anti-corrosion coating is applied to the piles, which will protect the pipe surface from corrosion for a long time, ensuring a long service life.
Steel driven pile piles from pipes are an excellent option for areas with uneven terrain and complex soil (clay, flooded soil, peat, etc.).
This type of piles can be driven at any time of the year, in any climatic conditions.
In the manufacture of piles, new pipes are usually used in accordance with GOST (mainly GOST 8732-78, GOST 10704-91, GOST 10705-80 and GOST 10706-76), but at the request of the customer, used pipes can be used to reduce the cost of pile construction.
Our advantages:
- A large line of pile diameters (159 - 1420 mm);
- Possibility of manufacturing piles of various lengths;
- Fast production times without loss of quality;
- Delivery of their own vehicles, the ability to send by railway (your dead end);
- A flexible system of pricing and mutual settlements.
