Electric-welded oil and gas pipe

Oil and gas pipes manufactured by Uraltrubprom are used:

• as main pipelines for long-distance transmission of gas, water, oil.
• for the construction of high pressure gas pipelines of gas distribution systems.
• for the construction of gas and oil pipelines, oil pipelines, technological and field pipelines transporting non-corrosive products.

Uraltrubprom uses the only newest technology in Russia for the manufacture of electric-welded straight-seam oil and gas pipes. Steel pipes according to this technology are made only of rolled steel, and the weld is carried out by induction welding (HDTV) type 1.

The advantages of this technology:

• thinner wall with the smallest deviations in thickness compared to a seamless pipe. So, 530 pipe can be made with a wall of 5 mm.
• thick-walled welded pipes instead of seamless. Uraltrubprom manufactures large-diameter pipes of 530, 630 mm from rolled steel with a wall thickness of up to 22 mm! It is an excellent analogue to seamless pipes and LDP from sheet, first of all, at a price. Our pipes are 10% cheaper on average.
