CEMS-2000 Industrial Emissions Monitoring System
The CEMS-2000 industrial emissions monitoring system is designed to implement the requirements of the Federal Law of July 21, 2014 No. 219FZ . The measurement methods used in the CEMS-2000 system are recommended by ITS 22.1-2016 General principles of industrial environmental control and its metrological support (BAT) .
The CEMS-2000 industrial emissions monitoring system allows continuous monitoring of the content of sulfur dioxide (SO 2 ), nitrogen oxides (NO, NO 2 , NO x in terms of NO 2 ), carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide (CO, CO) in gas emissions 2 ), oxygen (O 2 ), particulate matter (dust), optionally hydrogen fluoride and chloride (HF, HCl), hydrogen sulfide (H 2 S), ammonia (NH 3 ), hydrocarbons, and also control the physical parameters of emissions (temperature, pressure, flow rate and humidity of the exhaust gases).
In the gas analytical part of the CEMS-2000 industrial emissions monitoring system, optical measurement methods are used, due to which the system has high measurement accuracy and requires virtually no maintenance:
- differential optical absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) in the UV-Vis range;
- non-dispersive infrared method (NDIR);
- semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy ( TDLAS ).
To monitor the content of solid particles (dust), the optical method is also used, based on the detection of visible radiation scattered by dust particles.
The system is built on the principle of measuring hot and wet samples (heated sampling probe, sample transport line and measuring cell), which corresponds to ITS 22.1-2016.
The complex includes specialized software CEMS-2000.
Purpose and features of software:
- configuration of the mode of operation of the system;
- system management;
- making report;
- display of data on current concentrations (mg / m 3 );
- display of values reduced to normal conditions;
- display of information on mass emissions (g / s);
- display of information about the flow parameters;
- display of all data in digital and graphic form in real time;
- data transmission in digital and analog form;
- Russian-language interface.
The CEMS-2000 software has a conclusion of NII Atmosfera JSC on the compliance of the algorithm for calculating mass emissions with current regulatory documents.
