This type of casting is designed for free forging, rolling. Ingots can have round, square sections, and are also made in the form of an octahedron, cone. The material for the manufacture of ingots for forging are carbon, alloy and stainless steels.

We are talking about the manufacture of shaped castings from cast iron - a plastic and inexpensive material. In iron foundry, gray, alloyed cast iron, cast iron with characteristics corresponding to GOST 1412, GOST 7769 are used. Shaped casting makes it possible to make custom castings weighing from 10 to 2500 kg. The technology is described in more detail in the article.

As mentioned above, shaped casting involves the manufacture of castings of varying complexity and sizes from any metals and alloys using appropriate tools and devices, including exact prototypes of products. Particular attention is paid to the manufacture of molds. Providing a full production cycle with a detailed study of each of its stages, we design and manufacture model equipment according to drawings, sketches, in accordance with the dimensions and other technical parameters specified by the customer.
