Versatility when cutting both thin metals and large thickness metals
XT-301 is provided with consumables for cutting metals with a thickness of 1.0 mm to 35 mm. As a rule, for cutting ferrous and stainless steels, as well as non-ferrous metals, the Auto-Cut XT system with the XT-301 plasmatron is used for the economical process of cutting with air plasma, to obtain a high-quality edge with low scale formation.
For cutting ready-to-weld edges on mild steel, Auto-Cut XT allows the use of O2 plasma. For cost-effective cutting of stainless steels and aluminum with excellent edge quality, the system allows us to apply our unique technology of cutting in water mist (Water Mist Secondary - WMS®) process with a nitrogen plasma and a protective environment - water.
If cutting non-ferrous metal of large thickness is required, use Ar-H2 plasma (H35) and N2 protection, then you can get the best quality cut at thicknesses up to 35 mm.
Cut Fast on Air-to-Air Plasma
XT Torch's patented Victor Thermal Dynamics consumable technology allows you to get the perfect cut in thicknesses from 1 mm to 35 mm. Excellent cutting quality at high speeds will be achieved on both black and stainless steels and aluminum.
