Design Features
Full control of the welding process is carried out thanks to electronic settings. The intuitive and user-friendly interface makes it easy to set and recall stored parameters. It is possible to save your own welding programs in memory.
The DIGITECH VISION digital synergy control allows even an inexperienced welder to easily set and change welding parameters. After choosing the type of program that takes into account the material to be welded, the wire diameter and gas used, the built-in control functions automatically select the optimal settings. Experienced welders using DIGITECH VISION get the opportunity to fine-tune and adjust the entire welding process thanks to an accessible, simple and complete menu.
VISION Technology. ARC is the best performance at a higher welding speed, more economical consumption of welding wire and reduced heat input in the weld zone, compared to the conventional MIG / MAG method.
VISION.ARC allows for full control of the welding arc in real time. All parameters are optimized within a few microseconds to maintain a stable and coherent arc. Compensation of the arc occurs with any changes in the welding conditions that may be caused by the movement of the torch in the welder's hand and the inhomogeneous surface of the material being welded.
Types of work performed:
- Semi-automatic pulsed welding with a consumable electrode in a protective gas environment (MIG / MAG)
- non-consumable electrode welding in argon at a constant current (TIG DC) with contact excitation of the arc.
- manual arc welding with a coated consumable electrode (MMA).
