Welding Tractor SVAROG WF-33 for Automatic Submerged arc Welding
The tractor is designed using all the advantages of automatic submerged arc welding. The tractor features are light weight, reliable operation and ease of use, achieved through continuous modifications and improvements in recent years.
Specifications:
• The welding tractor moves evenly and can be welded using a welding wire with a diameter in the range from Ø 2.0 to Ø 6.0.
• Convenient and flexible adjustment. The self-propelled welding head, fixed at the top and bottom, rotates with the torch rod.
• Swivel and height-adjustable crossbeam.
• Convenient flux container adjustment.
• Double drive wire feed unit with straightening mechanism, continuous wire feed, proper centering, high pulling force and low dissipation power.
The tractor consists of the base of the tractor, the vertical column, the rotary part of the transverse beam, the handwheel of the base plate, the gear of the wire feed device, the bracket for the self-propelled welding head assembly, the wire drum assembly and the control panel.
The tractor is equipped with one set of rails 1 meter long. Additional kits can be ordered.
The welding tractor SVAROG WF-33 is delivered with a welding inverter of the required power. Depending on the challenges, you can choose one of three welding sources. In addition to submerged arc welding, the selected source can be used for air-arc gouging with a carbon electrode or for manual arc welding.
