Floating modular nitrogen station.
NPO Metalloobrabotka manufactures modular nitrogen stations for producing gaseous nitrogen from ambient air by separating it.
The station is a complete factory readiness product and includes mounted and connected equipment of the air treatment system, an air compressor unit, a nitrogen gas generator, sealed steel tanks for accumulating and storing a supply of compressed air and gaseous nitrogen, a process pipeline, a monitoring and control system for the production process nitrogen. The station is located in a specially designed and manufactured structure (block-box). The block-box design is designed taking into account wind, snow, seismic and temperature loads affecting the station at the place of its operation.

Depending on the requirements for the parameters of the gaseous nitrogen obtained, a nitrogen generator of one of the two types used at the enterprise can be installed in nitrogen compressor stations: membrane or adsorption. Membrane nitrogen stations provide nitrogen with a purity of 90-99.5%, adsorption 99.9999%.
At the request of the customer, additional functionalities can be implemented:

the possibility of obtaining at the outlet of the nitrogen station not only nitrogen, but also highly purified compressed air;
the possibility of obtaining at the outlet of the nitrogen station a gas mixture with an adjustable percentage of nitrogen and carbon dioxide;
the possibility of stepwise adjustment of the purity of the resulting gaseous nitrogen;
the ability to remotely monitor parameters and control the technological process of gaseous nitrogen production;
the possibility of obtaining high pressure gaseous nitrogen at the outlet of the nitrogen station (up to 350 bar).
