Steel wedge gate valves

The connection to the pipeline can be made welded or flanged (for DN up to 40 mm, it is possible to make a socket or pin connection). By default, flange versions are type 21 for PN ≤ 16 - version B, PN 25 - version F, PN 40 - version E, PN ≥ 63 - version J according to GOST R 54432-2011 (which corresponds to PN ≤ 16 - version 1, PN 25 - version 3, PN 40 - version 2, PN ≥ 63 - version 7 in accordance with GOST 12815-80 row 2).

The gate valves meet the requirements of GOST 5762-2002.

Construction lengths are in accordance with GOST 3706-93.

Valve tightness standards class A according to GOST R 54808-2011.

Gate valves can be controlled manually (by handwheel or gearbox) or from an electric actuator in normal or explosion-proof design. At the request of the consumer, it is possible to manufacture with hydraulic, pneumatic or pneumohydraulic control.

The operating position of the gate valves on a horizontal pipeline with a flywheel or an upward drive (a deviation of 45 in any direction is allowed), on a vertical pipeline - any. When installed in the pipeline, provide additional support for the gearbox or drive.

The direction of supply of the medium in the valves is from either side of the main flanges.

The required version is selected according to the operating conditions, composition and temperature of the working medium, and the temperature of the ambient air.

When ordering, indicate: product name, parameters of the working medium, nominal diameter, nominal pressure, product designation, material, the need for additional tests.
