Booster Compressor Stations for Associated gas
A distinctive feature of these DCS is an enhanced filtration system. At the inlet to the units, high-performance separators are mounted - two-stage scrubber filters with an automatic drainage system, which remove liquid fractions and solid particles. To supply associated gas to the turbines of power centers, the units are equipped with additional fine filters located at the outlet of the booster compressor station.
This allows you to work with the source gas of any quality and composition.
Compressor units are fully automated and do not require additional manual settings to debug the correct interaction of various equipment systems. When several units work together, individual ACS are integrated into a group automated control system that coordinates the operation of units as part of a compressor station.
Gas consumption is controlled by a special two-level system. The first level (circuit) changes the position of the compressor spool and regulates the performance of the unit in the range of 15…100%, which ensures its high efficiency even at partial loads. The second circuit - the bypass line - prevents the increase in pressure in the BCS with a sharp decrease in gas consumption and regulates the performance in the range of 0 ... 15%.
Depending on the operating conditions and the environment, ENERGAS booster compressor stations are supplied in container, hangar (intrashop) or arctic versions.
At production facilities, our equipment, in addition to APG, also compresses condensate deethanization gas and gas from Cenomanian water.
The company's experience in working with associated gas of extremely low pressure close to vacuum (from -0.05 MPag) deserves special attention. In such projects, special units are used - vacuum compressor stations.
