Cement check valve

Cement check valve is used to prevent the movement of cement from the annulus back into the column during well cementing. The check valve is a critical element in the main stage of cementing a well. On request, couplings can be equipped with a double check valve.

Optional cementing valves can be equipped with:

-AutoFill feature
-System anti-rotation cementing plug during drilling,
- Protection against hit activation balls of various diameters.

All valves of Avangard Nefteservis LLC are adapted for drilling with PDC bits.

Couplings with non-return valves are manufactured in sizes from 102 mm (4 in.) To 340 mm (13 3/8 in.) With OTTG and OTTM connecting threads, as well as Butress or premium threads such as TMK PF, TMK GF, TMK FMC, VAM TOP , ChT-VT.
