Drilling augers
Screws are interconnected by means of trihedrons or hexagons transmitting torque. In order to absorb axial force, fingers held by studs are used. Both studs and fingers are supplied complete with drill augers.
The destruction of the rock when using drill bits of the blade type occurs through cutting. Loosened and crushed rock enters the flange (spiral) of the screw, after which it is transferred to the surface. Drill bits are classified according to the number of blades on them, and also depending on their configuration and type of weapon.
A drill rod is used to connect the column of screws to the spindle of the rotator. The column of screws in this case acts as a lead pipe.
Being formed from rods, the drill string provides for systematic drilling into the ground, while interconnected augers ensure stable delivery of soil to the surface.

Drill rods for screw drilling are designed to connect the spindle of the rotator with the column of screws (used as a lead pipe).
When drilling with auger drill, the rods make up the drill string.
