Gas Compression Station

“BKK-13.5 / 7-1 Ex” is a compressor block container, divided into two parts by a ventilated space with a single frame base.

In the first part there is a compressor (technological) compartment. There is a gas pumping unit, a technological pipeline, as well as “field” instrumentation and control equipment in it. All equipment is explosion proof.

The control compartment (power compartment) is located in the second part of the container. The control cabinets “BKK-13.5 / 7-1 Ex” are located in it with fixing the operating parameters of the installation on a color display. The operation of the “BKK-13.5 / 7-1 Ex” is possible, both with the help of the touch screen and buttons in place, and from the control room, remote from the “BKK-13.5 / 7-1 Ex”. The whole system has a 100% reserve, and in case of a stop of BKK-13.5 / 7-1 Ex, the backup BKK-13.5 / 7-1 Ex can be launched.

The container block is supplied with heat and sound insulation on all planes, ventilation systems, fire alarms, gas control, lighting, heating and automatic gas fire extinguishing. It also has walkways and space to ensure routine maintenance and equipment maintenance, visors and outdoor lighting above the entrance doors.

Inside the container, lifting equipment is provided to facilitate repair work.

In the power compartment there is a fire extinguishing system, a compressor module control cabinet, a power cabinet and an auxiliary cabinet.

One of the distinguishing features of BKK-13.5 / 7-1 Ex is the use of a GEA Grasso screw compressor with rolling bearings, an optimized rotor profile that guarantees high efficiency. The convex rotor drive allows you to avoid unnecessary loads and ensures a long bearing life, as well as low noise and vibration. No profile wear ensures consistent performance over the life of the product.

The compressor is equipped with a spool regulator, forming a compression zone so that the compressor captures only the necessary amount of gas from the suction path to ensure the required flow. The volume of gas is regulated in the range from 10 to 100% of the maximum possible supply under operating conditions - steplessly. The spool replaces the frequency control of the compressor drive, thereby increasing the energy efficiency of the unit as a whole.

In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 308 dated April 16, 2012 “On approval of the list of facilities with high energy efficiency for which the establishment of energy efficiency classes is not provided”, the installation of oil gas treatment “BKK-13.5 / 7-1 Ex "has high energy efficiency, because the specific energy consumption of the IEEF equal to 24.3 does not exceed the established 45.3.
