Support for cutting a "window" in the casing

Main steps:

1. Selection of the necessary equipment (including BHA elements for well preparation - scraper, template), while taking into account all the features of the well design and mining and geological conditions.

2. Drawing up and coordination with the Customer of the Plan-program, in which all types of work are described in detail, indicating the actual and design data, intervals, geometric dimensions of the layout elements, operation modes, etc.

3. Delivery of the necessary set of equipment.

4. Directly performing engineering and technological services:

• Control during the preparation of the wellbore (patterning, scraping, binding measures, etc.);
• Instructions to the Customer’s engineering and drill crew;
• Assembly of the deflector wedge;
• Assembly of the milling assembly with a wedge;
• Installation of a wedge in a well;
• Milling and development of the “window” in the well

5. Signing of acts, drawing up reports and recommendations.  

The entire technological staff performing ITS has a higher specialized education, extensive work experience and all the necessary documents for carrying out work on the well.
