Scope, purpose and name of products
UBP-100 drilling rig on a semitrailer (hereinafter referred to as the unit) is intended for maintenance, development and overhaul of oil wells, as well as for drilling operations using the rotary method or downhole motors (with the corresponding configuration) of wells for various purposes: prospecting, hydrogeological, water intake, operational (oil, gas) in areas with a temperate and cold climate at an ambient temperature of -45 ° C to + 45 ° C.
Accommodation category 1 according to GOST 15150.
The unit allows the following operations:
- movement on roads of all categories;
- assembly and disassembly of the unit at the well;
- installation and dismantling of downhole equipment;
- hoisting operations with sucker rods, tubing and drill pipe;
- mechanized screwing and unscrewing of tubing string and drill pipes;
- setting up cement bridges in wells through the derrick manifold;
- drilling sand plugs and cement bridges with a rotor or downhole motor;
- fishing and other types of work to eliminate accidents;
- drilling with a rotor or a downhole motor;
- kickoff and drilling of second wellbores;
- flushing wells through the tower manifold;
- well development after completion of drilling operations.

The warranty period of operation of the unit is 12 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 30 months from the date of manufacture.
The service life of the unit is 9 years.
