Mobile Buildings

The frame of the mobile building is made of a 40x25mm rectangular pipe, sheathed with a 1mm thick metal sheet, primed and painted. The frame provides a very high building strength, surpassing foreign analogues in its characteristics.

Heater - PSB-S polystyrene with a thickness of 120 mm or URSA mats with standard para-insulation with a plastic film.

Floors: the tubular frame is sewn up with 1mm metal sheet, 40mm board, 6mm plywood, top covered with linoleum. The walls and ceiling are made of laminated MDF.

Double glazed plastic windows (for the northern version - triple glazing), equipped with mosquito nets and blinds. Water supply is centralized or autonomous.

In case of autonomous water supply, a backup plastic water tank with a volume of 400 l is used, which is filled from a water supply source. For heating, electric oil radiators or a combined heating system are used: 3 heating elements of 2 kW each or on solid fuel (firewood, coal); coolant - water distributed according to registers from a d76mm pipe.

The electrical circuit is equipped with an RCD and voltage regulators. In addition, mobile buildings can be equipped with the necessary furniture (tables, chairs, beds, wardrobes, kitchen sets), a 160L Saratov refrigerator, and 2.0 kW Samsung AW07 AOSE air conditioning.

The mobile building is installed on skids, or on a trailer equipped with 16.5 / 70-18 tires, a brake system, light and reflective devices; supporting jacks for unloading axles, folding and retracting ladder.

The weight of a mobile building without a trailer is no more than 6t.
