Air cooling units (ACU) are designed to cool gases and liquids, condense steam and steam-liquid media in technological processes of the chemical, petrochemical, gas and other industries. ACU are divided depending on the location of the heat exchanger and other parameters.

- Designed for use in cold climates, where the average air temperature for five consecutive days during the coldest period does not exceed -55°C.
- Equipped with a metal supporting structure designed for installation in areas with seismicity of up to 9 points and wind speed pressure classification V in accordance with the geographic area.
- The AVO kit includes systems for supplying and removing product, air recirculation and automated fan control.
- There are blinds with manual, pneumatic or electromechanical drives for adjusting the rotation of the blades.
- Additionally, an air humidifier, air or product heater are provided.
- There are service platforms and auxiliary tools (flaring tool, key for tightening nuts or plugs of heat exchange sections, as well as a trolley for mounting and dismounting the electric motor).
