Intellect Drilling Services LLC has 49 highly qualified drilling crews, which are equipped with MBU-125 and MBK-140 mobile drilling rigs on an off-road chassis with a two-section telescopic mast and a group of separately transported units, which includes a mobile drilling base unit with a mechanical rotor and receiving walkways on a three-axle trailer.

Mobile drilling rigs have high mounting ability, are used for drilling inclined and horizontal sidetracks, and can also be used for drilling exploration and production wells.

The main basic mechanisms of mobile drilling rigs (a winch, a rotor with a mechanical drive RUP-560) are driven by a 346 kW / 470 hp chassis engine. The drilling rig is powered by a centralized power transmission line or its own diesel power plant with a capacity of 200 kW.

Control and measuring instruments of the DEL-140 complex register all the necessary parameters of the drilling mode (weight on the hook, position of the tackle block, pressure in the manifold, rotational speed and rotor torque), which are transmitted in real time to the office of a separate unit.

To perform a set of works on the construction of sidetracks, a mobile circulation system is used, consisting of a cleaning and preparation unit and a solution storage unit. Each block includes two insulated modules: the lower module consists of tanks with slurry pumps and paddle mixers, the upper module with installed equipment for cleaning and preparing the drilling fluid. The tanks are equipped with heating registers for heating the drilling fluid. The design of the cleaning unit provides four-stage cleaning and degassing of all types of drilling fluids. The cleaning unit includes: linear vibrating sieve SV1LM-02; sieve-hydrocyclone separator SGS-22; centrifuge LW-450; degasser Cascade 40M-02.

The principle of modular design of a mobile circulating system allows for a short time to deploy the system at well construction sites.

Drilling rigs are equipped with SIN50.4.36 and SIN50.4.20 mobile pumping units manufactured by Synergy Plant LLC, equipped with SIN-63 and SIN-61 plunger pumps driven by a diesel power unit.
The hydraulic power of the SIN-63 pumps is 280 kW, and the SIN-61 is 500 kW, which makes it possible to choose the optimal washing fluid supply from 4 l / s to 46 l / s at a pressure of 36 MPa to 70 MPa.

The brigades are equipped with the PPUA-1600/100 steam mobile installation with a closed coolant circulation system, fuel and lubricant capacity in the volume from 16 m³ to 50 m³ , a fitter's and tool block, an electric gas welding station, a warehouse for storing chemical reagents.

Blowout prevention equipment consists of a universal hydraulic preventer ПУГ-180х35 with a heating system, and a preventer die-set double with a hydraulic drive of dies ППСГ-180х35 with pipe dies and blank dies. The preventer is controlled from the hydraulic defense station SG-24M-32 from the main and backup panels. The silencing and throttling unit is located in a separate heated kung, the silencing and throttling lines are made on flange joints.

Drill crews have at their disposal sets of API standard drill pipes with a diameter of 60.3, 73 and 89 mm made of steel of strength group S-135, thick-walled drill pipes TBT-K1-89x47 and heavy drill pipes UBT-108-47. For screwing and unscrewing drill and casing pipes, the hydraulic key GKSh-1500 and mechanical keys KTM-M with hydraulic breakers and torque gauges are used.

The drilling team is fully equipped with a residential complex consisting of industrial and residential carriages, a dining room and a sauna - a total of 11 cars made in a transport version.
