The adapters are designed to connect drill pipes of different diameters together, as well as to attach underground equipment to them that has connecting ends with tubing threads.

概观:

The produced adapters are intended to replace fast-wearing joints, widely represented on the drilling tool market. Adapters produced by the Nevyansk Machine-Building Plant are manufactured in a fundamentally different way, without using pipe blanks, which do not have a sufficiently strong structure.

The electric induction heating, upsetting and flashing of the adapters by hot volumetric deformation used in the manufacturing process make it possible to obtain a more compact structure with high strength characteristics, ensuring long-term, uninterrupted operation of the adapters.
