Drilling pumps NB-32, NB-50 are piston pumps. These types of pumps are designed to: - supply a solution for flushing a well; - perform auxiliary work during well repair; - supply water to the formation during oil production; - pump various liquids; - use as components for various units. Piston drilling pumps can be used at temperatures from -45 to +45 degrees. Drilling pumps have won recognition from consumers due to the fact that they are quite unpretentious and easy to maintain, reliable and repairable. In order to determine the side of the pump, it is necessary to insert in the direction from the hydraulic box towards the drive part. Core, as well as rotary and turbine drilling is mainly performed with well flushing with technical water or clay solution. To feed drilling fluid into a well, two types of drilling pumps are usually used: a) double-acting piston, two-cylinder and b) single-acting plunger, two- or three-cylinder. Based on GOST 19123-73, 4 classes of drilling pumps have been developed and are widely used, which ensure the creation of drilling fluid circulation during drilling of geological exploration wells up to 2000 m deep with roller and cutting bits, hard-alloy and diamond crowns.
