Advantages of flash dryer

• High percentage of finished product yield (collection rate can be higher than 98%). This is ensured by using a high-efficiency, low-resistance cyclone separator and an impulse fabric dust collector with an air chamber.

• Provides effective control of final water content and fineness of finished product by adjusting the sifter and inlet air velocity.

• Materials do not stick to the wall. Continuous high-speed air flow tears off materials remaining on the wall.

• Suitable for processing heat-sensitive materials. The lower part of the dryer is a high-temperature zone. The air speed in this area is very high and the material has virtually no direct contact with the heating surface, which eliminates combustion and color change.

• Suitable for continuous drying of cohesive and non-cohesive pastes and cakes as well as highly viscous liquids. The main components of the spin flash drying unit are the feed system, the patented drying chamber and the bag filter. The wet material is dispersed in a stream of heated air (or gas) that passes through the drying channel. The product is separated using cyclones and/or bag filters. As a rule, the cyclones are followed by scrubbers or bag filters for final cleaning of the exhaust gases. Flash drying is a fast and energy-efficient alternative to spray drying.
