Measuring units UPM-M are intended for verification by the volume-mass method of liquid meters, fuel dispensers, metering units and other devices for measuring the volume or mass of petroleum products at the time of their release from production or periodic verification of devices at the place of their operation. The units can also be used to determine the density of the medium.

Scope of application
The scope of application of the units: oil depots, gas stations and other facilities where their use is possible according to operating conditions.
Verification installations are also used by Standardization and Metrology Centers (SMC) and other organizations involved in the verification and operation of measuring instruments.
Composition and execution of installations
The units consist of standard measuring devices of the 2nd category with an accuracy class of 0.05, installed on sensitive weighing sensors, which allow determining the mass of the product with high accuracy (0.04%).
At customer request, the units can be equipped with a pumping unit designed for quickly draining liquid from the measuring tank or pumping it into a reservoir.
The units can be operated under conditions established for operating conditions of placement category 2 according to GOST 15150-69, when exposed to ambient air temperatures from minus 10 to plus 40°C with relative humidity from 30% to 95% at 30°C and atmospheric pressure (84-106.7) kPa.
The components of the installations and their electrical equipment are explosion-proof and comply with the operating conditions in terms of explosion protection requirements.
