Compressor KSE-5M

The KSE-5M compressor is designed to supply compressed air to pneumatic tools, devices, mechanisms, air ducts and units at facilities in the petrochemical, gas, metallurgical, electrochemical, mining and other industries, as well as for pneumatic transport of bulk materials (sand, cement, grain, etc.); use on oil drilling rigs. The general-purpose KSE-5M compressor is still being manufactured and operated for 50 years. It is stationary with a V-shaped arrangement of cylinders. The compressor consists of the following main units: crankcase, cylinder blocks, crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, valve heads and fan. The KSE-5M compressor has a two-row, two-stage compressor with a simple type of action. There is also a refrigerator and an electric motor of the 4AM250S7UZ (U2) brand. The last two elements are mounted on top of a common welded foundation frame. The lubrication system of the compressor unit is by splashing oil inside the crankcase. Each customer can choose two types of automation upon request: relay or microprocessor.
