The stationary piston compressor C416M/10 of the Bezhetsk plant ASO differs from similar models C416M/7 and C416M/13 by its capacity, which in this model is 1750 l/min, pumping capacity of 1350 l/min. and pressure of 10 atm. The belt drive is carried out from an electric motor with a power of 11 kW and a voltage of 380 V. The compressor is located on a horizontal air receiver with a volume of 430 l. Dimensions are 165 x 70 x 140 cm, weight is 340 kg. The four-cylinder compressor head C416M is one of the most reliable and productive in the range of piston compressor heads manufactured by the ASO plant. The C416M/10 compressor is designed to produce and supply compressed air and can be used in manufacturing plants where compressed air ensures the operation of pneumatic devices, pneumatic tools, spray guns, etc. It is used in industries related to the processing of various materials, furniture production, construction work, garages, service stations, sandblasting of parts, agriculture and other industries. Pressure control is provided by relays from leading global manufacturers, tested at the factory by long-term resource tests. The C416M compressor head has been manufactured in the plant's workshops for over 30 years, has undergone dozens of design improvements, the last modernization of the C416M head was completed in 2014. The air mixture is compressed in two stages due to two pairs of high and low pressure cylinders. Air cooling occurs due to a fan and cooling fins.
