RVD Assembly

The production capacities of OMZ Leotek occupy more than 1000 m2 and include a high pressure fuel assembly assembly shop, automatic and universal turning shops.

Currently, 2 industrial lines for the manufacture of high pressure hoses with fittings have been built in the assembly shop. The power of the lines allows you to collect up to 3000 hoses per shift. Inlet and outlet control of both fittings and high-pressure hoses is carried out.

The certified production of assembly of high pressure hoses with fittings is equipped with modern equipment of the German company \ "UNIFLEX" \ (Germany) . A distinctive advantage is the use of test equipment for pressure testing of the quality of the production of high pressure hoses (according to the requirements of the European standard), which allows customers to guarantee the high reliability of our products in operation.

Each batch of RVD assembly is tested for leaks at the UNIFLEX stand, certified by the State Regional Center for Standardization, Metrology and Testing of the Federal State Institution Test-S.-Petersburg. Certificate No. 435-0012-17.

For the needs of the service center, in 2008 a separate assembly area was created for the manufacture of high pressure hoses, optimal for small-scale production.

Since 2012, the assembly shop of the Leotek Experimental Mechanical Plant has been manufacturing complete drill hoses under the Optimflex ^tm brand.

The automatic turning shop is equipped with CNC machines, a pipe bending machine and a heat treatment furnace.

This workshop was created in 1998 to produce fittings for the WFD. Now the workshop mainly manufactures valves of Russian standards, adapters and exclusive products that require high precision machining.

The development of drawings of complex products at the request of the client is carried out by the design department, with subsequent control in the production and refinement. After turning, all products undergo anti-corrosion treatment by electroplating or thermal diffusion. Fittings are manufactured in accordance with TU No. 2550–001-96760201-2011, which meet the requirements of DIN and GOST. The universal turning workshop is designed to refine the products of the automatic section and to produce individual specific products for various purposes.

High-pressure hoses with fittings are produced according to TU No. 2550–001-96760201-2011, mass production of high pressure hoses is certified by GOST-R and RMRS.
