Automated filling systems (AFS) are designed for top loading and accounting of oil, petroleum products and other liquids in units of volume and weight when dispensing into road and rail tankers. These devices are also called counting and dosing complexes SDK. SDK complexes can be supplied as modular solutions or individual components depending on customer requirements. The configuration of the complex is determined by the customer based on the required set of devices, equipment and compliance with regulatory documents. SDK are designed to automate the processes of filling and draining. The degree of automation can vary from a full set of safety and emergency protection systems operating in autonomous mode to individual elements that can be integrated into the customer's existing systems. During the filling process, automatic control of parameters, grounding of the tanker and the level of gas contamination is carried out. Control of the counting and dosing complex is possible both remotely from the operator's automated workstation connected to the controller with explosion protection, and at the site of equipment installation.

The functions of the automated filling system include:

Design and production of filling stations in any configuration at the customer’s request;
Possibility of allowing the filling to start either directly by the filler or by the operator from the control room;
Automatic stop of filling when a specified volume or level of product in the tank truck is reached;
Accounting of filling volumes with the possibility of measuring both in liters and kilograms;
Emergency stop of the filling process when the maximum level sensor is triggered;
The possibility of emergency interruption of the dose supply both by the pourer on site and by the operator via a PC in the control room;
Visualization of the filling process on the PC screen for operator control;
Stopping filling in case of grounding failure;
Ensuring the safety of operations and automatic protection against emergency situations;
Control of instrumentation sensors for complete monitoring of system status and safety;
Display of measured parameters and equipment status on a PC;
Creation, storage and printing of reports by the administrator via software.
