Electric pump units of the type "CNS", "CNSG", "CNSM", "CNSN" - centrifugal, horizontal, sectional. Pumps of the type "CNS", "CNSG" are designed for pumping clean water, industrial and technical purposes (except sea) with a hydrogen index of pH 7 - 8.5 and other liquids similar to water in density, viscosity and chemical activity, containing solid inclusions up to 0.1 mm in size, microhardness of no more than 1.47 MPa (14.7 kgf / cm2), the volume concentration of which does not exceed 0.1%. Pumps of the type "CNSN" are designed for pumping oil and oil products (gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation gasoline, fuel for rocket engines, kerosene) with a density of 700-900 kg / m3. Pumps of the type "CNSM" are designed to work in the oil system of turbogenerators. Working fluid - turbine oil T22, GOST 32-74.

Temperature of pumped media

For CNS pumps, the temperature of the pumped liquid is from 273 to 318K (from 0 to + 45 °C).
For CNSG pumps, the temperature of the pumped liquid is from 273 to 378K (from 0 to + 105 °C).

For the “CNSN” pumps, the temperature of the pumped liquid is from 263 to 323K (from -10 to + 50 °C).
For CNSM pumps, the temperature of the pumped oil is from 275 to 333K (from +2 to + 60 °C).
The shaft seal of the CNS, CNSG, CNSM, CNSN pumps is a double soft seal. Leakage through the seal is no more than 3 l/h.
The permissible excess pressure at the pump inlet is no more than 0.3 MPa (3.0 kgf/cm2).
The material of the flow part parts is grey cast iron (SC 20).
