The drilling base (hereinafter referred to as the Base) is intended for use as part of a mobile drilling rig manufactured by MASHPROM OJSC. The base is intended for installation of the RUP-560 rotor with a mechanical drive, vertical installation of pipes (candles), is a working platform for the drilling crew. The base is installed on existing oil and gas wells - well pads.
概观:
The base structure consists of a lower supporting platform, consisting of two parallel welded plates connected by two beams. Plates and transverse elements are made of profile and sheet metal.
The lower platform is connected to the upper central frame, four vertical supports, using the fingers. The supports, in turn, are interconnected using three transverse beams. Six diagonal struts are also installed, which give additional stability to the supports of the base, as well as additional rigidity of the structure during operation.
On the right and left sides of the central frame, two lateral folding platforms are installed, which are supported by lanyards. The entire working platform around the perimeter is fenced with metal shields made of thin sheet metal.
The base is made of profile and sheet metal.
The base is transported in several parts: lower platform, struts, connecting beams, shelter and central frame. In the central frame is the rotor and candlesticks. There are three approaches to the base, one from the driller and one from the side of the base.
The base is intended for operation in macroclimatic regions with a temperate and cold climate at an ambient temperature of -45 ° to + 45 ° C.
