Protective suit "Vityaz Super"

The chemical protection suits of the VITYAZ series are the latest development of the leading domestic manufacturer of personal skin protection equipment. The design of the VITYAZ series suits was developed by specialists of JSC CASF specifically for gas rescue services. The VITYAZ SUPER insulating suits of types 1a and 1b are designed to protect rescuers from exposure to the maximum possible concentrations of vapors, gases, liquid phase of hazardous chemicals, including gaseous and liquid phase of chlorine, ammonia, nitrogen oxides, hydrazine derivatives, amines, concentrated acids, alkalis, rocket fuel components, petroleum products, open flame and heat flows when performing gas rescue operations. The VITYAZ SUPER type 3 insulating suit is designed to protect against the liquid phase of the above chemical products, open flame, heat flows. The insulating suits are made of a unique innovative multilayer protective and impermeable material LTL-1-2, which consists of a polyamide base fabric, coated on both sides with a composition based on butyl rubber and EPDM (synthetic rubber ethylene-propylene triple), on the front side coated with two compositions based on chlorosulfonated polyethylene and polychloroprene, one of which contains a barrier scaly pigment.
