Mobile thermal destruction units Factor-2000 ZDT (also abbreviated as TDU-2000 ZDT) are designed for thermal utilization of oil sludge with an extremely high content of mechanical impurities, oil-contaminated soils, drilling mud, oil-containing waste generated during accidental oil and oil product spills, solid waste and other bulk and pasty waste. These units have no analogues on the market - they fit completely into two standard sea containers (40 and 20 ft) and can be transported from one work site to another with their subsequent launch within 24 hours. The sludge intended for disposal is fed by a bucket loader or any other means into the TDU-2000 ZDT receiving tank, from where it is dosed into the combustion chamber by a screw built into the bottom of the funnel. The combustion chamber is a drum located on rollers and equipped with a rotating drive. Sludge is burned in the drum using a burner running on diesel or other fuel, with a forced additional air supply system. Due to the fact that the drum has a slight slope, the sludge gradually moves from the receiving funnel to the ash discharge tray, constantly being exposed to high temperatures (800-1200 °C) and active oxygen purging. Exhaust gas cleaning is ensured by forced afterburning of exhaust gases in a combustion chamber with a separate burner, dust collectors and a modern wet scrubber with low resistance, knocking out heavy metals and other harmful impurities from the exhaust gases. TDU Factor units have been manufactured since 2011 and are used by leading oil and service companies in Russia and the CIS countries, including OAO Lukoil, OAO NK Rosneft and OAO Novatek. The TDU Factor-2000 ZhDT series units have a Certificate of Conformity and Permit for Use from Rostekhnadzor. Also, the TDU Factor-2000 ZhDT units have passed the State Environmental Inspection of the RPN central office for more than 1,100 types of waste of III, IV and V hazard classes (mining and wastewater treatment waste; textile, chemical, food and printing industries; solid municipal waste; construction, repair, logging, fishing waste; sleepers, etc. - a separate list is available upon request).
