Block modular structures BMK "SIGMA" (hereinafter referred to as BMK) are mobile structures of container type used for placing industrial equipment, production, residential, warehouse and auxiliary premises in them during construction and reconstruction of power facilities, construction and repair of roads, oil and gas production and mining industries, in logging production, as well as at other facilities related to shift work. BMK consist of one or several modular blocks in which electrical, technological and auxiliary equipment can be mounted. BMK are manufactured with one or two floors. BMK by design are divided into northern - S and conventional - O1 and O2 in accordance with GOST 22853. The block design is a rigid metal frame, the base and roof of which are filled with insulation - mineral wool slabs. Three-layer panels with a heat-insulating layer are used as enclosing structures of walls. The units are equipped with electric lighting, heating and ventilation (subject to agreement with the customer). The doors to the BMK rooms are equipped with mortise lever-type locks with an overlay equipped with automatic curtains. The doors are equipped with latches that protect them from sudden closing and gusts of wind and reliably fix them in the open position. Large doors have three hinges on each side of the leaf, the third of which is a safety device. Cable openings are provided in the base for hermetic entry of high-voltage and low-voltage cables into the BMK compartment. The cable opening consists of: - a guide pipe; - a rubber seal; - a pressure plate. The diameters of the guide pipes are specified when ordering and agreeing on the general appearance. Openings for the cable in the seal are made on site, taking into account the construction diameter of the cable. Depending on the purpose, BMKs are produced in the following nomenclature: - BMK - OPU - general substation control point; - BMK - ZRU - closed switchgear; - BMK - AB – for stationary storage battery; - BMK - K – compressor; - BMK - PS – communication control point; - BMK - SS – cellular communication container; - BMK - OVB – for emergency-visiting teams, s BMK - EK – boiler room; - BMK - N – pumping station for various purposes; - BMK - NP – fire-fighting pumping station; - BMK - TP – transformer substation; - BMK - DG – diesel power plant; - BMK - KS – condenser; - BMK - SN – for own needs; - BMK - KTPNU – for complete transformer substations of outdoor installation; - BMK - BA – automation unit.
