B-PLIT Outdoor Complete Transformer Substations

Outdoor complete transformer substations of fixed design B-Plit are intended for reception, transformation and distribution of electric energy of three-phase alternating current with frequency of 50 Hz, nominal voltage of 6 (10) / 0.4 (0.69) kV, in conditions of moderate (U) and moderate cold (UHL) climate and placement category 1 according to GOST 15150. The design of KTPN B-Plit provides for requirements for ease of maintenance of UVN and RUNN. Doors of KSO in UVN have windows for visual observation of the equipment condition without disconnecting voltage from the main circuits of KTPN. Transformers are installed so as to meet the requirements for safe observation of the level of transformer oil in the tank. A rotary mirror can be provided in the power transformer compartment (at the customer's request), the angle of inclination of which is set when connecting the KTPN to work. The design of the B-Plit KTPN in terms of mechanical strength ensures normal operating and transportation conditions without any residual deformations or damage that would prevent normal operation of the KTPN. The low voltage switchgear and high voltage switchgear equipment withstands the number of on/off cycles established by the relevant standards for switching devices. The design of the B-Plit KTPN ensures normal operation of the measuring and metering, control and signaling devices during operation of the built-in devices. The design of the B-Plit KTPN makes it possible to replace the power transformer without dismantling the low voltage switchgear and high voltage switchgear. The detachable connections of the assembly units and all bolted connections of the B-Plit KTPN are equipped with devices that prevent self-unscrewing. The B-Plit KTPN are supplied fully assembled or in transport units prepared for assembly on site without disassembling the switching devices, checking the reliability of the bolted connections and the correctness of the internal connections. The KTPN and individual cabinets or transport units have devices for lifting and moving. The slinging diagrams of the KTPN units are shown on the building facade. The external doors of the KTPN B-Plit are hinged at an angle of at least 95° and have locks and handles. The handles can be removable or combined with a key or a latch. One of the leaves of the external gates of the KTPN can be additionally closed with bolts to prevent unauthorized access inside. The locks of the UVN and RUNN doors are locked with keys with different secrets and can withstand 1000 openings and closings. The external doors of the substation are fixed in extreme positions. In the UVN and RUNN of the KTPN UHL1, air heating is provided (using heating elements) to ensure operating conditions for the installed equipment in accordance with the requirements of standards and technical conditions for this equipment. Switching on and off the heating devices is carried out automatically and manually. In order to protect against electric shock, equalize potentials, and protect against dangerous lightning effects, a grounding device (GD) consisting of an internal grounding loop is installed in the building. At least two outlets of the internal grounding loop strip at the corners of the building are provided for connection to the external grounding loop. Anti-corrosion protection of steel structures is performed with primer-enamel. Before applying paint to the steel surface, it is first generally cleaned of dirt, dust, oil, then degreased and cleaned to degree 2 according to GOST 9.402-2004. The design of the B-Plit KTPN ensures installation on a level platform (foundation) using bolts or welding to embedded parts.
