Switchgear Cabinet K-26

Design of the K-26 switchgear:

The switchgear cabinets of all series have a rigid structure, in which switches, voltage transformers, current transformers, current-carrying parts (busbars and taps) are built in. Relay cabinets with built-in relay protection and automation equipment (RPA), control, measurement and signaling equipment, terminal blocks and secondary connection circuits are installed in the upper part of the K-26 cells. The K-26 cabinet bodies provide for the installation of roll-out elements (trolleys), in which switches, voltage transformers and disconnecting contacts (acting as disconnectors) are located.

The design of K-26 cells and roll-out elements provides for the possibility of fixing them in the working and control positions, as well as rolling them out of the cabinet for inspection and repair. The following switches are used as switching devices for switchgear cabinets: low-oil, vacuum and SF6. The transition of busbars from one row of chambers to another is carried out using busbar bridges. A busbar bridge without disconnectors is installed in any place of the switchgear. A busbar bridge with two disconnectors is installed only on the outer chambers of the row. The design of the cabinets provides for cable and busbar input. The order of the cabinets is determined in the questionnaire.

Roll-out element of the switchgear cabinet K-26

On the front of the roll-out element of the K-26 switchgear cabinet there are: a closing mechanism lever, buttons for manual disconnection of the switch (for switches with electromagnetic and spring drives), a nameplate, and a place for installing operational blocking locks.

The following are installed on the roll-out elements "trolleys": upper and lower detachable contacts ("lamellas"), rollers for opening the curtains, a closing mechanism, a locking mechanism, protective grounding strips that provide grounding in the working, control and intermediate (between working and control) positions of the roll-out element, as well as equipment that determines the purpose of the roll-out element, switches, voltage transformers.

The auxiliary connection chains of the K-26 switchgear roll-out element and the relay cabinet are connected to each other by a flexible connection with a plug connector. A metal sleeve is used to protect the flexible connection wires from mechanical damage. The plug connector consists of two parts: the fixed part of the connector - the block is installed in the relay cabinet, and the movable part - the insert, is located at the end of the flexible connection, the other end of which is fixed to the roll-out element.
