The SPRS2I limit resistance alarm is designed to monitor the resistance value of resistive (electrode) sensors and to provide information on the resistance sensor (level sensor, pressure sensor, etc.) going beyond the set limits. In combination with the S57 type electrode level sensor, it can be used as an alarm-regulator of the level of liquid media from electrolytes to distilled (desalinated) water. The alarm is designed for use at nuclear power plants (NPPs), nuclear thermal power plants (NTPs) and nuclear heat supply stations (NHS), gas and oil producing facilities, and chemical industry enterprises.
概观:
- The length of the communication line between the alarm devices of all versions of guaranteed alarm zones and the sensors must be: - no more than 250 m, while the inductance of the communication line must not exceed 200 μH, capacitance - 0.03 μF: - with the RK-75 communication cable (linear capacitance 67 pF/m) - no more than 400 m; - with the RK-50 communication cable (linear capacitance 51 pF/m) - no more than 500 m;
- The length of the communication line connecting the alarm device with the actuator and/or computer must be no more than 300 m;
- The signaling devices must be powered from an alternating current network with a frequency of 50 Hz and a nominal voltage of 220 V with an acceptable voltage change from minus 15 to plus 10%. 2.7 The acceptable level of non-in-phase interference in the communication line is no more than 10 dB (3 Veff).
SPRS2I is explosion-proof equipment of group II with an input spark-proof electrical circuit of a particularly explosion-proof level according to GOST 12.2.020 and is fire-safe according to GOST 12.1.004. In this case, the alarm is installed outside explosion-hazardous areas.
