Tooling TOP-CO
The operational reserve created in this way on the territory of Russia allows oil and gas companies to purchase the necessary equipment without waiting for foreign deliveries, the terms of which under the conditions of anti-Russian sanctions may turn out to be unpredictable. In addition, the specialists of Petroengineering LLC underwent training with the participation of representatives of the manufacturer and, at the request of the customer, are ready to provide engineering and technological support for the purchased equipment.
FLOATING EQUIPMENT
Top-Co® check valve float equipment is a key component when running casing and cementing operations. When cementing, this equipment is required to prevent backflow, and is also used as a place for cementing and corking plugs to land. In cases where pressure fluctuations in the formation are possible, equipment with a Top-Co® check valve can be configured to provide an automatic filling function to prevent damage to the formation. Our equipment is manufactured in accordance with specifications with the highest quality requirements and meets the highest API standards or exceeds them. The equipment comes in sizes from 2-3 / 8 inches (63 mm) to 30 inches (762 mm)
CHECK VALVE EQUIPMENT FOR CEMENTING CASES THROUGH STINGER
Top-Co® equipment allows cementing large-diameter casing strings through a drill pipe string or tubing by fitting it and tightly securing it in a casing shoe with a check valve or an IDC sleeve. This allows you to reduce the volume of cement drilled, the circulation time and reduce the injection pressure. This equipment uses the HFX® valve; the equipment is supplied with or without a stinger lock latch.
STAGE CEMENTING EQUIPMENT
Top-Co® step cementing equipment allows cementing in 2 and 3 stages. The equipment reduces the risk of rupture of poorly cemented formations due to the high hydrostatic pressure caused by the weight of a large column of cement, and allows you to effectively isolate the formations in the absorption zones. The equipment allows selective cementing at specific casing descent intervals. Step cementing couplings are made for various steel grades, weight and threaded casing joints. Stopper kits for a specific coupling are ordered separately. Step cementing couplings, both hydraulic and mechanical, are compatible for use with packers. An appropriate combination of two step cementing couplings allows three stages of cementing.
Cementing plugs
Top-Co® cementing plugs are used in well cementing to clean the inside of casing from flushing fluid and to separate drilling fluid, buffer fluid and cement slurry from one another. They prevent the injection of excess cement and fix the end of the cementing operation. All plugs are suitable for use with conventional cementing heads.
INTEGRATED CENTERS
In connection with the challenges facing the energy industry and its technical requirements, Top-Co® integrated centralizers are manufactured taking into account the extreme working conditions in deep-well boreholes. Integrated centralizers made of cash CT are designed to work in wells with an unstable diameter, including narrow sections with small gaps. In addition, Top-Co®’s custom-made equipment manufacturing capabilities allow the design of integrated centralizers to be developed exactly to the requirements of most construction and well construction projects. In combination with Top-Co®’s team of engineers to develop specific engineering solutions and the proposed simulation capabilities, integrated centralizers are manufactured to meet specific well requirements, as well as exceeding the requirements for well-known tasks encountered during drilling.
CENTERS AND TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT
Top-Co® centralizers and casing tooling are used when running and cementing casing strings. The equipment was tested at the Top-Co® test bench for initial, working and restoring forces in accordance with API Standard 10D, as well as in holding force in accordance with the recommended API 10D-2 methodology. Tests are carried out on a modern Top-Co® test bench equipped with a fully computerized diagnostic test bench for testing centralizers.
