To finds the best solution possible for a client it is important to know the following characteristics: raw water quality, water consumption, required water quality, use of the water and the customer needs. We offer technically and economically accurate solutions, low operating costs, the best components from world’s reputed manufacturers. For more convenient way to define customer needs, we have developed order forms for this purpose.

Design

Depending on customer needs we offer metal or plastic equipment and pressure filters made of carbon steel with food grade coating, stainless steel or fiberglass. Also an offer includes pipes, fittings and armature made of PVC-U, PE or stainless steel. The choice of different brand components clearly depends on customer needs and payment capability. SIA WATEX cooperate with local design offices in customer’s area, providing them with technical information and technological solutions.

Construction

Our water treatment equipment complies with easy construction requirements: prefabricated parts ensure a possibility to preassemble, test and disassemble the product and offer an easy transportation. Installation

Installation of our water treatment equipment is provided by a professional team consisting of plumbers, welders and technicians of automatic control processes. Our team has a long-term experience, thus guaranteeing quality and performance. Also we ensure start-up, regulation and quality tests after installation. Our equipment is installed in accordance with previously developed and customer coordinated technical drawings

Equipment made by SIA WATEX is easy to be installed by a customer. Installation by a customer is more profitable in the situations where the equipment is located far from our location. We also provide a customer with technical support and technical drawings. All equipment is tested and programmed before the delivery.

After Sales Support

After installation some of the equipment requires reagents for successful operation, for example, NaCl salt tablets for softening plants and antiscalant for reverse osmosis. After certain period of time, some elements such as quartz, membranes, filter bags, wear parts and spare parts need to be exchanged. Filter media replacement also is provided.

SIA WATEX solves both acute problems and maintenance tasks. Optimum operation of your water treatment plant can be guaranteed through a service agreement on preventive service with us. SIA WATEX also provide service for plants installed by others. To ensure continuous operation of the plants, we deliver spare parts and reagents. We offer the following testing kits for water quality determination: iron testing and total hardness testing.

Reconstruction​A lot of water treatment plants installed by others are dysfunctional, broken or operating without proper maintenance. If you are facing this kind of situation, we are more than ready to provide you with the necessary service and to help you to renovate existing plants.
