Installation for Drilling and Repairing wells UPA-60

• Types of work carried out using the UPA-60 drilling rig:
• repairing and swabbing;
• raising and lowering the depth of the pipes of compressor, pumping and drilling rigs;
• drilling cement "plugs" with a pipeline diameter of up to 6 ";
• well development up to a depth of 1,500 meters;
• liquidation of consequences of accidents at a depth of 5 kilometers.

The UPA-60 unit is capable of working with sucker rods, casing pipes, and tubing type pipelines. If necessary, the drilling rig is capable of not only drilling, but also jamming wells. In the event of an emergency, a mobile drilling rig is capable of performing fishing operations as well.

Technical parameters of the described equipment comply with the requirements of PB 08-624-03. The assembly of special equipment includes a full package of operational and technical documentation, as well as supporting documents for registration in the State Supervision Agency. Thanks to this, the user is relieved of problems with the admission of machines for operation on developed and existing wells.

Design features of technology

• The UPA-60 installation for drilling and well repair has the following design advantages:
• 2-drum winch;
• wire rope
• safety rope;
• remote control system from the working area.

In the event of a malfunction of the hydraulic drive of the winch, its braking is automatically activated. In turn, if for some reason the chassis engine fails, an emergency electric drive will help to complete the planned work in the well and dismantle the lifting installation. The direction of the glow of the spotlights is quickly reconfigured as necessary. In order to quickly turn on the drive, the UPA-60 drilling rig is equipped with a cardan of a mechanical rotor. The combined brake makes it possible to gradually and gently reduce the reactive moment. The mechrotor is endowed with the ability to rotate in the reverse direction.

The installation is characterized by the ability to create extremely high load on the hook - up to 80 tf.
