DESIGN FEATURES:
- The opposite design of the compressors made it possible to achieve mutual balance of piston and inertial forces acting in opposite rows, significantly increase the number of revolutions, and reduce the weight of the compressor and foundation.
- The use of thin-walled liners in plain bearings eliminated adjustment work when laying the shaft, the need for re-tightening and adjustments during operation, and increased the service life of the bearings.
- They have a system of automatic control of the main parameters, signaling and blocking, as well as a step-by-step automatic system of performance regulation.
- They have reduced power consumption per unit of performance due to the improvement of the drive mechanism, compressor gas dynamics and the use of straight-through valves.
The volume of installation work is reduced to a minimum, and the use of special preservation allows the compressors to be started without removing it, which significantly reduces the time it takes to put the compressors into operation.
The use of special equipment in the production of compressor units ensures high precision and interchangeability of parts.
