The production facilities of the plant include both modern machining centers and CNC machines manufactured by Mazak (Japan), and a fleet of universal machines.

Dimensions of the processed details:

• Shaft type parts fixed in two spindles (does not require internal processing of the part): length of a workpiece fixed in two spindles - up to 1000 mm, but not more than 6 diameters; outer diameter up to 250 mm.
• Details such as a sleeve (requires internal processing of the part) or shaft (does not require internal processing of the part): with an outer diameter of 65 to 250 mm, the length of the workpiece is up to 190 mm, but no more than 4 diameters; with an outer diameter of up to 65 mm - the length of the workpiece is up to 380 mm, but not more than 6 diameters.

Processed materials:

The capacities of our enterprise allow us to perform metalworking (turning, turning and milling, etc.) of a wide range of materials, including high-alloy alloys, alloys based on aluminum, copper, titanium, as well as plastic processing (caprolon, textolite, etc.). The technical and technological capabilities of the machine make it possible to obtain complex surfaces in the shortest time, even on difficult to machine materials.

Metalworking quality:

Quality control of the manufacture of parts and assemblies manufactured by our enterprise is carried out by a specialist of the quality control department at each stage of machining, and workpieces coming from other industries undergo mandatory input control. All technological operations are strictly documented, and all manufactured products before shipment to the customer undergo a complete output quality control with the preparation of accompanying documentation.

The technical control department of our company is equipped with modern high-precision measuring instruments of leading world manufacturers, which allows us to guarantee a high level of quality of our products ( Mitutoyo Japan, Vogel Germany ).
