OOO "Plant of Oil, Gas and Defense Industry" (OOO ZNOP) is a stable modern manufacturing enterprise, the main activity of which is the production of parts and blanks used in various branches of mechanical engineering: petrochemistry, shipbuilding, transport engineering, machine tool building, production of lifting equipment, equipment for the mining industry, production of agricultural machinery.

Thanks to the introduction of advanced technologies and production management methods, reduction and optimization of manufacturing costs, constant work on improving the quality of our products, we are leaders in the supply of non-standard and labor-intensive products. Thus, our production capacities allow us to:

• To produce castings using the centrifugal electroslag remelting method from carbon and alloy steels weighing from 30 to 2000 kg and with a diameter of up to 2000 mm.
• To produce forgings from carbon and alloy steels.
• Carry out heat treatment, in a specially equipped heat treatment area, of castings and forgings manufactured by us. annealing;
• normalization;
• hardening (air, water, oil);
• tempering of welded assemblies, blanks with a diameter of up to 2.0 m and a weight of up to 5 tons, as well as small parts made of structural (carbon, alloyed, high-alloyed) alloys.
• Realize:
• cutting of blanks on band-cutting machines – up to 600 mm;
• turning of parts with dimensions up to 600 x 3000 mm;
• turning of parts with dimensions up to 2500 mm;
• turning of various parts with dimensions up to 200 x 1000 mm;
• milling processing;
• drilling holes.
• Manufacture metal structures and welded joints according to the Customer's drawings and GOST. Filters, mud traps , level gauge chambers, coils.
• Perform surfacing on parts (ball valves, gate valves).

The specialists of the technical control department carry out constant quality control at all stages of production.
