Established in 1991 by the director Alexander Evgenievich Olgin, Candidate of Technical Sciences and the creator of more than 80 inventions, the enterprise still operates under his able leadership.

To date, our company has completed projects for more than 130 mini refineries. More than 150 enterprises were supplied with equipment manufactured by LLC NPP NOUprom. On the basis of the work performed, tremendous experience has been gained in the design of oil refining and storage facilities for petroleum products. The geography of our facilities includes the entire Russian Federation and many CIS countries.
