TR100 Profiler manufactured by TIME Group Inc. - a portable device for measuring surface roughness parameters on all types of surfaces (metals and non-metals) according to the Ra and Rz scales. The TR 100 has a high degree of accuracy, makes measurements over a wide range, and is also simple and reliable.

概观:

Surface roughness measurements are carried out by the contact method using a special sensor with a diamond needle. When the device is installed on a controlled surface of the part, the sensor is driven by a miniature electric motor, and the needle moves along the “track”, measuring the surface profile in this segment, after which the roughness parameters are converted by the microprocessor of the device and displayed digitally on the display of the profilometer.
