"Siberian Metalware Plant" manufactures flat flanges according to GOST 33259-2015, from DN15 to DN1400 of any design. The parts are made of steel of different grades. Type 01 - flat welded flanges, type 02 - flat loose steel flanges on a welded ring, we also manufacture parts according to Customers' drawings. We accept orders for flat square flanges. According to the method of connection to the pipeline, there are 3 types: flat, collar, loose. The first type is the most popular, necessary for pipe installation.

INSTALLATION

The product is placed on the pipe and then welded around the perimeter. It is important to take into account that the outer diameter of the pipe is smaller than the inner diameter of the flange.

Tight joining of the flanges is ensured by studs or bolts with nuts; various types of gaskets are used for sealing.

TERMS OF USE

Operating temperature of this type of flanges: -70 — +300 ˚С, maximum pressure — 25 kgf/cm2.

PURPOSE

They are used for hermetically sealed connections of steel pipes, as well as for connecting various equipment.

A flange connection is extremely convenient, especially if it is necessary to organize detachable sections in a pipeline network, as well as to install fittings and a measuring device.
